Gene Shneidman
Principal Owner
I’m Gene Shneidman, founder of Lush Financial.
With over 20 years in banking and finance, I’ve held senior leadership roles across private banking, business, and mobile lending channels. Throughout my career, I’ve been deeply involved in credit structuring, risk assessment, and complex lending, while coaching and role modelling best-practice service, relationship management, and solution-driven outcomes across thousands of credit proposals.
I’ve spent much of my career working alongside credit teams, workshopping and escalating applications, and structuring solutions that deliver positive outcomes and meet client objectives — helping turn goals into reality. Just as importantly, I’ve led and coached teams to take ownership, build trust, and deliver consistently high standards of service, particularly in complex or time-sensitive situations.
After more than two decades of leading others, I founded Lush Financial to bring that experience directly to my own clients. My approach is hands-on, relationship-led, and purposeful — taking on the complexity so my clients don’t have to.
